Institutional Duties
- To make any payments related to the services offered.
- To administer the resources assigned to the Institution according to the present regulations, applying also what is stipulated by the High Command and propose the best course to follow.
- Prepare the personnel of the Institution with the technical and administrative knowledge needed for the accomplishment of each of the tasks they should undertake.
- Elaborate as many projects as needed in order to better accomplish the aims of the Institution, making periodic evaluations on Social Security matters.
- Propose and execute investment plans which allow to maintain and /or increase the Institution's patrimony.
- Supervise and control the bookkeeping of the different Paying Offices, offering them the administrative and logistic support within the possibilities of the Institution.
- Offer, when the High Command requires it, the statistical information concerning any of its services.
- Try to accomplish, on a permanent basis, a quick and efficient transaction, according to the newest criteria on the subject.
