Relationships of Command

DIRECTOR

• Exercise the authority over the Institution's personnel.
• Assume the responsibility of the overall functioning of the Institution under his charge.
• Abide to and to enforce all laws, decrees and resolutions, in addition to the norms in the present regulations.

VICE-DIRECTOR

• Help the Director in the general management of the Institution assuming the responsibility of the its administrative functioning.
• Substitute the Director in case of he being absent.

SECRETARIAT

• Assist the Directorate in all administrative tasks prescribed by it.
• It will also have under its trust everything concerning the Institution's Public Relations.

PLANIFICATION AND COORDINATION BODY

• Evaluate on a permanent basis the progress of the Institution, offering the Directorate the course to follow and the modifications and suitabilities it considers it necessary, always pointing to the achievement of an efficient and quick functioning of the Institution.
• Elaborate studies and projects entrusted to it by the Directorate.

CONSULTANTS

• Assess the Directorate about the technical aspects of each of its areas of expertise.

CONTROLLING BODY

• Exercise the control over the legal and administrative documents which require the signature of the Director or Vice-Director.

DIVISIONS

• They include the different areas which will have the aim of putting into practice the execution of the AFRPS's objectives.

PAYING OFFICES

• Accomplish of the proceedings and negotiations in favour of the beneficiaries resident in their respective areas.
